Our new normal (until further notice)
New Safety Policies
- Know you were missed terribly and our staff is grateful for your return & support for our small business
- Know safety measures were created for all involved & we continue to clean and sanitize all our instruments & surfaces
- Know the importance of coming alone, extra people in the office compromises everyone, so we ask guests to remain in the car (unless you need assistance)
- Know that coming in sick isn’t an option & temperatures will be taken upon arrival for our patients & staff
- Know that walk-ins will not be an option & we’ll need you to call the office before you leave home if you need us
- Know that we will use the parking lot as a waiting area & ask that you call or text us upon your arrival
- Know that your health (and ours) is the biggest concern and we ask that you wear a mask to your appointment since we will be less than 6’ during some of the testing. Our tech, doctor & optician will also wear one
- Know that our office has already lost thousands of dollars and we appreciate your loyalty & patience and hope you continue make your eyewear & contact lens purchases with our office
- Know that we are concerned for any risk of exposure to you & our staff, so you may find us to be less chatty in the interest of that time you’re in the office
- Know we’ll require our $39 iScreening with digital retinal photos when you arrive to improve your health exam & limit the time you need to be in the office
- Know that we’ll continue to monitor all CDC guidelines
Together we can make this work safely for all
